Your work.
Your specification.

Ready-mix fleets need a delivery vehicle matched to the batch plant, route and placing site. This Foton-based reference is presented with a 10–12 m³ drum range. It is useful for comparing larger mixer layouts, but the purchase brief should start with the required concrete load per trip and the legal route limits.

  • Rotating mixer drum
  • Rear discharge chute
  • Air-pressure water supply
  • Three-axle chassis layout

Planning your vehicle

Equipment and specification planning

Drum volume is not permission to transport that full volume of concrete. The published gross and curb masses must be reconciled with crew, fuel, water and concrete density. Request the actual rated mixing capacity and permitted payload for the selected drum and chassis. A geometric drum-size range cannot replace this calculation.

Prepare your enquiry

Describe batch-plant loading clearance, journey time, site gradients and the unloading arrangement. Ask for the hydraulic pump, motor and reducer models, drum dimensions and chute options. Keep the selected engine and emission specification explicit rather than treating the historical reference as a current stock vehicle.

Service and handover

Discuss drum inspection, wash-water use and hydraulic servicing. Ask which seals, filters and drive components can be supplied with the vehicle. Acceptance should confirm drum operation, discharge equipment and the final weight documentation.

Configuration and delivery

The figures describe the published reference, not every configuration. Final chassis, body equipment, permitted payload, destination requirements, delivery schedule and price are confirmed in a written quotation.

Before you enquire.

How do I confirm the exact vehicle?

Request the chassis and complete vehicle model codes, specification sheet, current photographs and written equipment list. Listing images do not confirm stock or approval for your destination country.

Does the configurator show this exact vehicle?

The configurator is a separate three-view concept preview. It does not reproduce every manufacturer vehicle. Use this gallery and the specification supplied with your quotation to review the actual build.

What about warranty, spare parts and delivery?

Confirm chassis and body warranty separately, including exclusions and the responsible service provider. Request a spare-parts list, operating manual, inspection plan and shipping scope. Delivery dates and support terms are agreed in the written quotation.

Does the estimate include every cost?

The separate configurator uses illustrative USD amounts, not prices for this listing. Request a written quotation specifying equipment, taxes and delivery costs.
