Your work.
Your specification.

Bulk cement transport connects a loading facility with a receiving silo. The HOWO reference uses a 30 m³ tank body and pneumatic unloading equipment. Site access and silo interfaces are as important as tank size: the vehicle must reach the unloading position, connect to the receiving system and complete the delivery within the plant’s operating requirements.

Equipment and specification planning

Tank volume does not establish a 30-ton payload. Cement density, tank tare mass and axle limits determine the permissible carried mass. The manufacturer’s axle component ratings also differ from the vehicle’s published gross mass; they should not be added together as a new legal gross rating. Confirm the compressor specification and unloading duty for the quoted build.

Prepare your enquiry

Provide material characteristics, silo inlet height, hose distance and receiving pressure limits. Request a complete pneumatic-system schedule and evidence that the tank and associated equipment meet the applicable destination requirements. Agree the unloading test conditions before comparing supplier performance claims.

Service and handover

Plan inspection and replacement of hoses, seals, filters and pressure-system components according to the manufacturer’s documentation. Ask for unloading training and service-part references. Record the exact compressor and tank configuration in the purchase file.

Configuration and delivery

The figures describe the published reference, not every configuration. Final chassis, body equipment, permitted payload, destination requirements, delivery schedule and price are confirmed in a written quotation.

Before you enquire.

How do I confirm the exact vehicle?

Request the chassis and complete vehicle model codes, specification sheet, current photographs and written equipment list. Listing images do not confirm stock or approval for your destination country.

Does the configurator show this exact vehicle?

The configurator is a separate three-view concept preview. It does not reproduce every manufacturer vehicle. Use this gallery and the specification supplied with your quotation to review the actual build.

What about warranty, spare parts and delivery?

Confirm chassis and body warranty separately, including exclusions and the responsible service provider. Request a spare-parts list, operating manual, inspection plan and shipping scope. Delivery dates and support terms are agreed in the written quotation.

Does the estimate include every cost?

The separate configurator uses illustrative USD amounts, not prices for this listing. Request a written quotation specifying equipment, taxes and delivery costs.
