Applications and route planning
A compact boom pump can support construction projects where the placing point cannot be reached directly by a mixer chute. The Dongfeng reference lists a 28 m vertical conveying height and a four-section boom. Site access, stabiliser space and the position of incoming mixer trucks should be planned together before choosing the pump vehicle.
Understanding the technical specification
The theoretical 60 m³/h output describes a catalog maximum, not guaranteed site production. Concrete characteristics, pipeline arrangement and the placing cycle affect usable output. Maximum height and radius also belong to a working envelope. Request the complete boom diagram and the output-pressure relationship for the proposed pumping unit.
Configuration and quotation checklist
Provide the pour location, access width, ground conditions, mix specification and intended placement rate. Ask for stabiliser reactions, setup dimensions, delivery-line specification and cleaning arrangements. Confirm engine and emission options separately; a range of standards on a supplier page does not prove destination approval.
Maintenance, inspection and handover
Review wear-part supply for delivery cylinders, seals and pipeline components. Include operator training, inspection documentation and a functional acceptance demonstration in the procurement scope. The manufacturer should define the servicing and safety procedures for the supplied system.
Ordering for your destination
Send your destination country, preferred chassis support network and required delivery location with the vehicle brief. Ask for a dated quotation that separates the chassis, specialist body, equipment, inspection, spare parts and freight. Confirm the deposit, production milestones and shipment documents in the contract. Transit time and import costs depend on the agreed route and destination; they are not fixed by this reference guide.
Reference scope
The figures describe the published reference, not every configuration. Final chassis, body equipment, permitted payload, destination requirements, delivery schedule and price are confirmed in a written quotation.
