Applications and route planning
Street lighting, building maintenance and communications work often require a vehicle that can travel between several access points during one shift. This JMC platform reference lists a 23 m maximum working height. The useful working position depends on the distance from the parking location to the task, as well as the height of the task itself.
Understanding the technical specification
The maximum height and maximum radius are not available at the same boom position. The supplier lists a 3.9 m radius at maximum height and a 4.5 m height at maximum radius. Compare the full working envelope and platform load chart. The 200 kg rating includes the load specified by the manufacturer; tools and personnel must be considered in the operating plan.
Configuration and quotation checklist
Send the task height, horizontal setback, access dimensions and the space available for stabilisers. Ask for the proposed platform dimensions, emergency lowering arrangement and equipment inspection documents. Confirm the exact build and working envelope before matching the vehicle to a contract.
Maintenance, inspection and handover
Request a schedule for boom, stabiliser, hose and control inspections. Arrange operator familiarisation for the supplied platform and verify access to local service parts. Acceptance should include the manufacturer’s prescribed function checks and documentation.
Ordering for your destination
Send your destination country, preferred chassis support network and required delivery location with the vehicle brief. Ask for a dated quotation that separates the chassis, specialist body, equipment, inspection, spare parts and freight. Confirm the deposit, production milestones and shipment documents in the contract. Transit time and import costs depend on the agreed route and destination; they are not fixed by this reference guide.
Reference scope
The figures describe the published reference, not every configuration. Final chassis, body equipment, permitted payload, destination requirements, delivery schedule and price are confirmed in a written quotation.
