Prepare your enquiry ↓Define the response duty
Water delivery, foam application, compressed-air foam, rescue and emergency support require different equipment. Identify the intended incidents, crew and operational brief. A smoke-exhaust or water-purification support vehicle is not a substitute for a pumping appliance.
Access, payload and equipment
Provide route and terrain constraints, station access, crew needs and carried equipment. Review tank and equipment weights with the chassis proposal. A drive-layout label alone does not establish suitability for every off-road response.
Pump, system and documentation
For firefighting appliances, request pump ratings at the stated conditions and the proposed system diagrams and documentation. Confirm the specified foam system and compatibility where relevant. Destination compliance and operational approval need their own review.

Your operating brief
Response duty, destination, crew, terrain, water/foam requirements, carried equipment, local standards and acceptance scope.
Include quantities, preferred chassis, target delivery date and any tender documents. The supplying manufacturer reviews the proposed combination; catalogue choices are not an automatic compatibility approval.
Discuss this vehicle typeWhat the price should include
Compare the chassis and body specification, installed equipment, optional accessories, inspection and documentation, spare parts and delivery scope. Ask for the currency, validity period, named delivery place and exclusions. A headline price without the same specification is not a like-for-like comparison.
Parts and shipping
For parts, provide the equipment model, serial or part number, dimensions and photographs. For delivery, provide the destination port or place so packing, freight and customs responsibilities can be reviewed. Availability, freight charges and import eligibility require confirmation.
Follow the buying process ↗Questions before you buy.
Can a water tender, foam truck and CAFS truck be specified the same way?
No. Water supply, foam equipment and compressed-air foam describe different system requirements. State the operational brief and ask for a model-specific technical proposal. The final equipment list, documentation and agreed acceptance tests define the purchase.
Can I request a different chassis, body or equipment package?
Send your operating brief and destination requirements. We coordinate the request with the supplying manufacturer and ask for a written configuration review. Changes can affect vehicle mass, layout, price, documentation and lead time; confirm them before production.
How do I check the build before shipment?
Agree the exact model codes, equipment list, dated photographs, functional demonstrations and inspection records in advance. Confirm who provides the inspection, what documents are supplied and how outstanding points are resolved before dispatch. Read the purchasing FAQ.
